The mosquito collections Tuesday morning

all tested negative for WNV!

Sunny skies and near normal temperatures are on tap for the remainder of the week and into next week. A weak monsoonal pattern over the Southwest slowly increasing chances of showers into next week.

We will be operating 1 truck fogger truck for the remainder of the season within the Alamosa city limits and the nearby neighborhoods providing the mosquito traps collections exceed the threshold levels of 25 in the city and 200 in the remainder of the district. Weather permitting.

There are no aerial adulticide applications scheduled at the present time.
